Philosophy and approach
She is passionate about helping others experience the physical and mental health benefits associated with exercise/movement, and ultimately optimising their quality of life. Kristi uses a holistic approach to develop a thorough understanding of her clients, and assist them in developing healthy behaviour changes through exercise/movement interventions. She helps her clients develop the skills, knowledge and confidence to achieve and maintain a healthy, active lifestyle.
In her downtime, she enjoys keeping active with dancing and jogging, and loves heading off to the beach or country for ‘time out’.
Kristi has experience working in both private practice and hospital rehabilitation sectors. Her focus lay within chronic disease and disability treatment, management, and prevention.
Kristi is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, holding a bachelor in Human Movement & Exercise Science, as well as a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology.
