Philosophy and approach
Hannah is passionate about assisting her patients reach their health goals. She draws on the latest evidence-based nutrition information to educate and empower her patients with the knowledge and skills required to making lasting dietary changes. She firmly believes in a collaborative approach, working closely with her clients to develop nutrition strategies that are practical
In her spare time Hannah enjoys socialising, eating delicious food, and drinking strong coffee. She also enjoys being active, so long as no balls or equipment are required – she missed out on the coordination gene. She hopes to one day become a competent green thumb. But for now, her focus is tied up maintaining the lives of her two indoor plants.
Hannah is experienced in nutrition assessment and care for surgical and non-surgical weight loss, diabetes, heart disease, food intolerance, and irritable bowel syndrome.
Hannah is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and a member of the Dietitians Association of Australia. She holds a Master of Nutrition & Dietetics from The University of Wollongong, as well as a Bachelor of Psychology & Management/Marketing from Monash University.
