Philosophy and approach
Lyndal is passionate about building strong, collaborative relationships with all of her clients. She appreciates that everyone is unique and aims to empower her clients with the skills, knowledge and simple strategies they need to realise and achieve their nutrition and health goals – however big or small they may be!
In her down time, Lyndal loves socialising with friends and family – especially over a home cooked meal and a glass of wine! She also loves being active, is an avid dancer and enjoys going on long walks with her husband and two fur babies Mac and Raffy. Lyndal loves to cook and enjoys experimenting in the kitchen to create new recipes catering to different dietary requirements.
